eSIM port not working

I just left Sky to join O2. I got an eSIM 

 

My number was supposed to port by 6pm yesterday but it hasn't, I now have no service with Sky or O2, so I can't even call them. I've messaged on X but had no reply. I've restarted my phone several times. 

any ideas?

We are told that ports don't happen over the weekend, so I doubt you will get any service until Monday at the earliest. You can nudge them again on X/twitter but I'm sure they will tell you the same thing.

Thanks for the quick reply!  I got an email saying it would happen by 6pm yesterday, so shouldn't have even been over the weekend. 
so it's just a waiting game?  Not great first impact from a customer service pov mind!

The process has already started so you could still get service back on today.

Just keep rebooting and if you have a physical sim in the phone too, remove it first.

I agree @Spaced. Qute a few issues with ports since O2 merged with VM.

The forum has a fair few posts about it. Best of luck anyway. 👍
