Good morning, I have been informed that as of Monday you are blocking all sim cards with virgin origins as a way to upgrade. Is this correct?

As over 99.9% of VMO2 customers have now been moved to the new billing system 360, it may be a genuine message to catch the last few thousand customers still using Virgin Media SIMs - you can trade in your SIM in person at an O2 Shop, but you will need to take some photo ID with you, @Shingai - be careful not to click any links in the mail or SMS you received, as pointed out by @MI5 above, but check out the situation by contacting O2, all the ways in here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 if you do not have access to MyO2 via the App or via web browser here: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

Good luck!
