Solved: eSIM ERROR code 08

Have been trying to set up my sons Apple Watch and airtime sim and all I’m getting is Code 08 call O2 which I have done and had no joy getting this sorted.

i also have an Apple Watch and while it’s saying I have O2 under the status section it say no connection despite me paying for this every month!

need this resolved
