Hi. I cannot see an option in settings to activate eSIM, therefore the QR code isn’t working when I scan it. Tariff changed yesterday.

You have to do it in Myo2 under the Your Sim menu if it hasn't been done there.
Also if you phone isnt allowing you to install and activate the esim, the delete any old esims from o2. Bear in mind if just changing tatriff you dont need a new esim or even a new physical sim.
Might also be worth reaching out to the manufacturer of the phone.

Chat would not be recommended @Kieran78

There’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
Works well 👍

FYI incase anyone looks at this in future
After several unhelpful calls to o2, I managed to figure out how to get the QR code for the eSIM on the my o2 app..
- Click Support
- Click Phones sims and devices
- Click Manage my device
- Select number the eSIM is for (if you have more than one mobile number on the o2 account)
- Select Manage sim from drop down list
- Select install my esim profile
The QR code will appear on screen.
In my case I needed a new esim profile following an upgrade of my Samsung watch. The galaxy wearable app needed a new esim to set up the mobile plan.
