E Sim activation

Called 202 earlier with help to activate eSIM, they have sent an email and I have to log on to MyO2. Because my phone has now deactivated I cannot receive the security code to access my account to find the QR code for the eSIM of the new phone. 

Can you help because this doesn’t make sense
