I have a PAYG sim, which has suddenly decided not to work and come up with the message stating that the sim is damaged and invalid. How can I get a new one, without losing the number and my credit? Whilst all the shops are closed?

Call customer services.
All numbers and ways to do this are below.
They will then send a new sim to you.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

@Elsie Very difficult to get through at this time. All you can do is persevere. Best time to try is 8 am. In the meanwhile, you can download Skype. You can buy credit to make inexpensive calls and even get a phone number so people can call you.

If I can get through, will I need any other information, other than my phone number? Someone mentioned needing a PIN number ? I don't have a PIN number?
