my ex took contract out in my name and now im being landed with bills i cant pay was wondering how i can get it terminated and pay it of in installments ?

If the contract is in your name then you can cancel it.

Once cancelled you will get a bill for the entire duration of the contract.

If the contract was taken out without your permission then that would be fraud.
You need to speak to customer services on the numbers in the links provided.

yes its in my name but i have no way of contacting o2 as he has phone and sim

You don't need the phone and sim to cancel. The order should show in My O2 as it's in your name
