I have a PAYG sim, which has suddenly decided not to work and come up
with the message stating that the sim is damaged and invalid. How can I
get a new one, without losing the number and my credit? Whilst all the
shops are closed?
If I can get through, will I need any other information, other than my
phone number? Someone mentioned needing a PIN number ? I don't have a
PIN number?
