Poor reception

About two weeks ago my phone reception at my property dropped significantly. This is also true when out in other locations. I am currently home and signal strength is -98dbm , 43 ASU. It was similar in another location a few miles away earlier today....

Network in Bath area is terrible. I have had confirmation that the issue has been solved - it hasn’t! Diabolical service esp in a city who has millions of visitors every year!
