I have an iPhone 14, a Toob internet connection and a pay monthly O2 SIM-only contract. I previously used WiFi calling on Vodafone via Virgin Media before switching both providers and that worked fine, and I think it may sometimes have worked on the present setup but at the moment it never does; the phone shows the network as "O2 WiFi Call", but if I try to make a phone call I just get silence. Other internet functionality works perfectly well over that connection. I have tried restarting the phone and disabling IPv6 on the router, but neither makes any difference. I'm not sure whether SMS uses WiFi calling or not, but I am certainly able to receive SMS messages when WiFi calling is enabled. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

You need to speak to Toob, as it sounds like they are blocking traffic to o2's Wifi Calling service.
Also check they are doing something silly with NAT..
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
