I can’t sign in because yous need my number to send me a verification code but I can’t receive that verification code because yous stopped me from making calls or receiving calls and also stopped me from receiving texts and sending texts

Hi, We are a long term user of Virgin Media broad in my name and my wife has a monthly 02 mobile account. When I looked at getting the Volt supercharged data, O2 did not recognise that we had a Virgin broadband account.What do I do?

Resolved! keeping my number

I have just joined o2 through virgin. I have a PAC code to keep my number but have been on the phone all night trying to get through. I now have to wait until tomorrow night to try again. Why can't i request this through my O2 account or live chat?
