Hi everyone
Hopfully youve had a good xmas, Right ive changed over to o2 on the 21st of December and I still am unaware as to why my number has not been ported and why I have to ask the community rather than actual o2 staff that three had over a online portal and got things sorted quickly!! unless you know of a portal so I can sort it directly with them!.. great signal though

Hi @John30 - Guide: Migration & porting into O2 contains all the relevant info for you that has been compiled by the community, including which phone needs to have which SIM in it to start the process.
