Hi there please could you help me I had to reset my Apple Watch and now when I go to try and connect it the the mobile data it comes up with error message code 14. I have called 202 but not having any luck.

I can't make calls

Hi there, good morning . I've activated my sim on this phone but i can't seem to be able to make any phone calls as it doesn't ring like when the call goes through and it disconnects immediately . How could I handle this issue?
