Hi @RafaC no it only seems to do it on the mobile data I think coz it’s always searching when I’m on a wifi connection it’s fine I think it’s just getting use to it coz my recent one was just a gps one

Hi @ChazRed it started working after a week and a half I called o2 and they escalated it to the technical team but I think at a lot of people had the same issue

I am having the same issue I have restarted my phone reset the network settings still no joy I can’t even ring customer service I have sent o2 a message just waiting for a response

I have had this for 6 days now I was told this morning it’s a technical issue there side at first they said I never had a plan but after looking they realised I did I was told to wait another couple of days but I am not holding my breath
