Can’t receive o2 texts

Hellosince yesterday I’m having trouble receiving texts from others on o2 network or networks that run on o2. I can make and receive calls. I can send texts, I can receive texts from networks that don’t use o2. Please help. Thank you

cannot respond to a text from a mobile number

when a certain mobile sends a SMS message to me and I reply, my message just hangs with the "spinning wheel" and then just times out but only to this one mobile number?does that indicate O2 has data fill issues with this mobile number?
