Hi I have no service unable to make & get calls and unable to use my data . I legit topped up my phone yesterday and I can’t get help at all !

No network

I have had no network since yesterday morning. I can't get anyone from 02 to get back to me. I've tried turning on and off. Resetting apn, removing sim card. Nothing is working. Please help
