Resolved! Internet speed is unacceptablely slow

I contacted the customer service they said the network is fine in my area SW19But I only got 1.5mb in 5G and the 3G is faster than the 5G go up to 5mb , I am not able to work at home , if they are keeping like this I have to say I will leave O2

Hi. I have a new handset and have put my SIM in it. Yesterday, I had mobile data but today it is not working.

Black screen won’t restart IPhone 14

Hi my iPhone 14 screen is black & won’t restart. It went off suddenly yesterday. I managed to restart it but it went off again not long after. Charged it overnight but screen still black & no sign of it restarting. Any ideas? Thanks
