Good morning,

For past 5 days I don’t have o2 network and it’s affecting only me. I’m not able to make calls, send messages etc.

I tried the below

Airplane on and off

Switching mobile off and on

Resetting the network settings etc

Nothing helps. Can anyone please advise on what can be done please. Thanks in advance

If possible call into an O2 store with photo ID

They will swap the sim card for you free of charge

Also try your sim in another phone to pinpoint if it's an account or phone issue

This might also be worth a look @Thanusu :-

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode

- test your network speeds

- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.

Try the 2way SIM-swap first, before jumping in and presuming the SIM/account is the issue.

Also do a manual network search - if O2 is not shown, then the issue is clearly network. If O2 is shown, then phone, SIM or account could all potentially be the cause.
