It's not just you, seems a lot of people are getting access denied when trying to log into their accounts

I am getting this "access denied" too when successfully logging in to My O2 Account, just the way of modern life, computers are supposed to make life easier, quicker, etc but sometimes they are just a pain and I have been working in IT for over 40 years !!!
Hopefully they will get it sorted soon.
