access denied when trying to see my bills

Logged in ok but cannot get further than first page - cannot see my bills etc.

I think they took the myo2 service offline to protect the front end of the website to put the queue in place, and are now rolling back slowly, but the volume of traffic is still high with queues to get into the store still 20minutes long.. 

FUBAR is the term I would use
