Hi,
When will you switch my number please??
I purchased O2 sim-only monthly contract about a week ago, and at that time I gave you the details of my existing number and my PAC code.
The sim arrived last week, but you have not switched my number yet. I set you a msg via FB, I called your support on Friday and I was assured this will be done today - and yet this has not happened yet.
I am going on holiday in 2 days and desperately need this to happen as soon as possible.
Help, plese???
Thank you

Have you had a message on the number you want to keep @JoBabic ?
If not, then the move has not been confirmed.

See if any of the advice in this guide helps, but other than that you will have to keep pestering customer services.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

As for contacting o2, you can call 202 from a pay monthly phone, or 0344 809 0202 from another phone.

If your phone is not working, then use Skype and call 0800 902 0217.

Guide here Guide: A Guide to Skype

Finally try messaging on social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Best time to call is 8am.

You will need to get back in touch with o2 customer services then @JoBabic and ask again to get the number ported.

Given the short time frame though there is a risk it won't be done in time, and I'm not sure if ports will happen if you are not in the UK...
