Voda-O2 number porting failed

My number was supposed to port from Voda to O2 today, both sims have disconnected however my O2 eSIM is showing no service which it has been all day since before lunch time. Could anyone help please I need my number to work.

Ports can take upto 24 hours to complete, although most take a few hours it is not unheard of.
The best thing to do is call customer services on 0344 809 0202 and they can advise...

If you haven't rebooted your phone today I would do so as the SIM may have to re register

I have tried this no luck unfortunately, the new number is showing on my O2 dash in the app and when called it goes to the O2 answering machine ?

Ports to eSims often fail.
Best way forward is to go in store with photo ID and get a physical sim activated and then migrate to a new eSim.
