Hi,
I want to upgrade, and was told by the Sales Reps in the Hartlepool O2 shop a few months ago if I went to the shop to upgrade they would give me a few extra items free, as my daughter got items when she upgraded. I have been with O2 for many years and have never received free items, now unfortunately the Hartlepool store has closed down. If I upgrade online would I still be eligible for free items or not .
