Unable to receive OTP from Santander

Hello

 

I am able to receive text messages however am unable to receive OTP’s from my bank even though they have confirmed they have sent them?

 

I really need to access online banking and this is causing me a lot of stress. Please can someone help as the phone service has been useless.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi, I am having the same problem. I have just transferred to 02 from another provider last week and moved my number across. have received other messages and other OTPs but i am not receiving the one from Santander even though it is being sent.

I have exactly the same issue (having switched from PlusNet to 02 yesterday). I am receiving OTPs from all financial institutions except Santander!  Have spoken with O2 and raised a technical fault.
