Hi, apparently I've been moved from Virgin to O2 but I'm still connected to Virgin. Just received an email saying I've purchased a 5G Only Sim but I don't have any 5G devices. How is this going to help with the transition?

Not all Virgin SIM cards work nice with O2
Some are being replaced
A 5G SIM will work happily on 4G with the advantage it is future proof
