I have recently transfered to another network. I have now received an email from o2 to inform me I have a refund and need to log into my account and add my bank details to allow o2 to pay this refund but my log in no longer works so I am unable to do this. How can I receive my refund?.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
