I’ve received my new phone and sim today after I’ve set it up and put
the new sim in the phone won’t connect to the network. I cannot text
swap to 20220 because it will not allow me to send text messages

O2 Sim, my iMessage and FaceTime won’t activate and it says in my

My O2 app keeps appearing to have an error whenever I try to log in. The
‘it takes approximately 48 hours since you created the account for the
app to work’ but its been almost a week. What should I do ?
