Hi I can’t get on to my O2 through the app as it says it is not up and running yet.

Watch cellular not supporting

I moved to o2 to connect my watch 10 cellular. I activated the sim but my watch says o2 doesn’t support Apple Watch. I bought the watch outside o2. my iPhone is 15 pro max and iOS updated to both my watch and phone.
