Hello Chris,

Hey , I have join O2 and I received this email.
We’re just confirming that we'll be porting your number on 13/11/2024. When this day comes, your number will be disconnected from your previous provider and connected to O2.

If you find you don't have signal, switch your phone off and on every couple of hours until you do. If you still don't have signal by 6pm, contact O2 on o2.co.uk/contact.

please help as we are the 14/11 and I don’t have signal I have reset my phone few times
