Convert to e-sim, no QR code and original SIM de-activated

Placed order on 4/11 to convert to e-sim, was told QR code will be posted, nothing a week later.  Followed conversations to activate new sim via online account, but it sends a code to my phone number, which O2 de-activated on the day I placed the order, so I can't receive the code.  I'm now travelling so can't get mail or access my number!  HELP!

This is the latest from O2 regarding eSIMs. Not sure what's going to happen re being out of the country

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
