Please can someone help! Been trying for a week to get my old number transferred to o2, filled in online form myself twice and spoke to customer services in Friday who also did it but it still hasn’t worked.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

@lisaB3 That is weird that it has taken multiple contacts to request a port.
When did you request your PAC code from your previous network operator?
Your current O2 sim is working ok?
Once the port request is in, if everything is correct, PAC number and number to keep, it will be next day if the request is in early enough. How to keep your mobile number | Help & Support | O2

Requested pac code day I received new sim, o2 sim is working fine on the new number but I just want to transfer my old one over

@lisaB3 It is a pity we do not have the O2 advisors on the forum any more.
Can only suggest you contact O2 customer service again, as they will need to access your account and see what has happened. Get hold of someone via the O2 app or via social channels. You should then get ported tomorrow if done this afternoon. 🤞

So I reached out via Facebook messenger and Twitter and yet to have a response. Spent 40 mins on hold/phone yesterday to be told the port hadn’t gone through in the morning when I rang due to a technical issue but that my number should have transferred by end of today. I’ll believe it when I see it, I think once this is sorted I’ll be straight back to giffgaff!!
