Can an old sim be responsible for bad data coverage? I have upgraded the phone but still have same problems. And yes I have turned mobile data on in settings. It often shows the 4G signal but is not connecting to Internet. Can I get any help before waiting 40minutes on the phone line?

You can pop into your local O2 store to get a new sim for free.

Take photo ID with you.
