Slow internet

Ever since I changed my sim package last month, my internet seems to have slowed right down. The only differences I can see is that my new package should have had a bigger data allowance than my old one. Everything else is the same, any ideas?

Did you switch from 4G to 5G SIM?

Have you tried stepping your phone back down to 4G to check?

The problem with 5G None Stand Alone is that it still requires an associated 4G link, especially for uploads.

In some areas, usually at the edge of 5G coverage the phone sees 5G, but the link to 4G is missing ( the connection may not be your nearest 4G cell) 

Happens to me at home. Great download but Zero upload speed. Walk 500 yards west and all is well
