I am not sure why, but my service stopped working in Portugal (after working foe a few days). I have data and minutes left, and my husband's phone with identical paygo plan is working well. Can anyone help?

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - Turn off 4g and try 3g.
4 - Check data roaming is turned on.
5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
