I changed from Monthly to PAYG within O2 on the 29th May. Within 24 hrs my temporary number was working and my keep number I wanted migrated seems to be blocked between O2 Contract and O2 PAYG. Neither of the customer services and sort this issue out. This has been going of for 17 days
I just need my keep number back as it controls my personal life.
Any advice as to how rectify this would be appreciated as Customer Service can not fix this and I have spent 14.5 hours on the phone already
