Getting old number moved over

I am new to O2 and was expecting my old number to be moved over from Sky to O2 but this is not happening and cannot get any help on line. Anyone know what I should do  ? ?

When did you give the PAC to O2? Nothing happens at weekends and Bank Holidays, so guess you are looking at tomorrow at the earliest
