Hi all,

I have requested a new sim card which hasn’t arrived yet. O2 keep inactivating my current SIM card which means I have no signal. I can’t get through to anyone today and have had to call everyday for the past 3 days to get signal back. Can someone from the tech team help please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Looks like you are a victim of O2's new policy / system of disconnecting original SIM cards when a new one is ordered.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
