Sim unprovisioned. No service

Since 8th October I've been unable to text or call out. For the last 3 weeks I've been unable to recieve calls or texts. My sim says it's unprovisioned. O2 customer services have said its because the network is down or busy... other members of my fam...

Resolved! New sim arrived

Good afternoon, I have just received my new SIM card with temporary number, when I placed the order I inputted my PAC code to transfer my old number, do I need to do anything else? thanks in advance Steve.

Out going calls no ringtone

When I make a call using Wi-Fi calling I get no ring tone but the phone rings the other end . Tried on home phone. When I turn off Wi-Fi calling it rings out on my device but not when I dial 0800 numbers .

Resolved! no network can't call o2 support

my network just dropped out. I have tried the obvious turning phone off and on but still no connection. Worse still can't contact O2 supportNetwork coverage says fine on the status page.

OTP/Confirmation Texts not received
