Hi, I ordered a replacement sim after I broke my last one. It’s arrived and I’ve put it in my phone but it’s still saying no servive. When I last spoke to customer service they said I would need to put it in my phone, wait 24 hours, & restart my device then it should activate. It still hasn’t. What can I do?
