Hi everyone
Sorry if this is a silly question but I have autism and I cant seem to find what I need.
My SIM is apparently damaged, my phone is on emergency calls only no data notning doesn't matter where I am. But I tried to set my calls to divert and my phone actually said it couldn't do it because my SIM is damaged.
How do I go about getting a replacement please? I've looked on the app and I cant see a way. I can't ring as I struggle verbally and get confused.
Thank you for any help

If you are convinced it's the SIM either call into an O2 store with photo ID and they will swap and set it up for you Or use one of the social media routes.

Easiest and quickest way is to call instore
Take photo ID with you
They will supply a sim and swap the number free of charge

Thank you I will have a look although this has been ongoing for months and my son on the o2 network has no issues. I am the kind of person who will put something off until I absolutely have to sort it out 😅
