I get reminders I have missed a call, it says go 901*55. But nothing happens.

I get ask instead for a pin number.

The help on this site is no help, it just sends you round a loop, which is pretty disgusting for a national organisation.

How do I switch of these call reminders????????????

@greenchewie

You dial 1710 and press call (the same way as if you were calling a normal number)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You need to call Voicemail, and all the instructions are here, https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/missed-call-and-abandoned-call-alerts#:~:text=Turning%20m...

You need to call 901 and then when connected follow the prompts simple really, and a 10second search found the information

Default pin number for voicemail is 8705

and you need to then change it for your own 4 digit pin number

All in the links provided

Thank you all for your replies but sadly none of the help works.

I am beginning to wonder which service I am getting because it bears no resemblance to any of yours!!
