Hi, i'm a new customer to O2 on a sim only plan. I want to set up mobile data on my Apple watch (had my previous network set up on it and have deleted the old plan) but am coming across the problem of not being able to log into my O2 account when prompted through the Watch App on my phone. I get the message that I have entered the incorrect details. I definitely haven't entered the wrong details as I can sign into my account on the web and the O2 app. Several calls to O2 customer service later and still nobody has an answer on how to fix it. I have reset my password several times.
Please does anyone have a fix for this? I'm beginning to wish I never switched networks as i've had nothing but problems right from the start.
