Hi,
I am a customer of Virgin Media and O2 and have been with both for years. Up until renewing my mobile contract this month, I’ve received Volt benefits with no problem, but now for whatever reason this has stopped and the page says I’m not eligible. I have no idea why this is, my address on both accounts is the same and all that changed is that my o2 contract was upgraded. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Normally it can take up to 14 days to reapply, but can be quicker

When you upgrade it takes them off and then readds them back on usually instantly, but it can take upto 14 days for them to be added back on automatically.
If its been over 14days then contact o2 via Social Media, and they can chase it along, make sure you have your Virgin Account number
