Porting old number

Hi, switched from Three to O2 on a SIM only (pay monthly) deal.  Order with PAC completed Thursday 28th Dec  and SIM received and activated Friday 29th.  Service standard indicates new numbed]r should have moved across yesterday but still not happened today.  Keep checking/rebooting but not changed from the temp number provided at order.  How do I sort this out?  Can’t get on to chat, customer services not answering.  All a bit rubbish really.

Did you get a text to the number you want to keep @Ray60 confirming the date of the move? And does the old sim still work?

If the answers are No and Yes, then the PAC has not been actioned yet.
