Moved from Plusnet (EE) to 02 about 2 weeks ago, ongoing issue with anyone on an EE network not getting through, contact not on network is the general message or on rare occasions the Plusnet answer service. Issue been ‘Escalated’ twice by 02 customer service, which I’m assuming involves the porting team, in last week, but nothing has so far been resolved or indeed any contact made to me, ever after the promised 24hrs. Any words of wisdom or help gratefully received!!
