Hi,
I cannot get internet connection with my mobile (xxxxxxxxxxxx). It was cut off last Monday because I had not paid a bill. I paid the bill on Tuesday but it still has not been reinstated. What is the issue?

You need to speak to O2.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@DesLoughney Once your service is reinstated set up a Direct Debit and you'll avoid this happening again.
