Is there any chance you can do the same for mine? I have ported from Three and everything is working fine. My partner Alex is on my account and she ported from EE but is not reviewing any calls from EE numbers. We have called CS 10 times and getting fobbed off all the time. We have until Friday until the 14 days is up and will be cancelling if it isn’t sorted before then. Any chance you can help at all???

Hi, I am having similar issues. My number was ported over from EE to 02 yesterday but I cannot received text messages from automated messaging services such as Apple and Virgin Media. I am having an issue with iMessage and Facetime not activating. I've spoken to Apple tech support all day who believe the issue is with either my new carrier (02 - messages not being received) or old carrier (EE - somehow still registered with them). I've already spoken with an 02 agent who told me there are no blocks on my account. Cannot get hold of EE (messaging service doesn't work and they keep hanging up the phone). Please can somebody help me I don't know what else to do. Apple have tried to help me deregister my number from iMessage but because I cannot receive any texts from Apple, I cannot enter any verification codes they are sending me. Feel like I'm going round in circles! @O2Lisa
