I have had an email and text from 02 to advise:

"Just letting you know your (reference)will expire on 02/07/2025."

I have no idea what this is referring to. The reference number and date don't seem to tally with my account.

@LambW - it possibly relates to a code that provides £100 off the upfront cost of the Samsung S24 128gb and 256gb handsets. This code can be used in store or via your My O2 account

@LambW If you're not interested in getting a Samsung phone it's just a garbage notification that O2 has put out and has produced a rash of posts from many others who don't understand what it refers to either.
