@Libby0403 - if you've added the Relay bolt on to your account (link below) then you really need to contact O2, this can be done via Social Media (Twitter, FB or Instagram) using the relevant section in the link at the end of this post. Contact numbers for O2 from an O2 phone are 202 (if Contract) or 4445 (if PAYG). Good luck!

Its an app by BT Group, so it might be worth reaching out to them, to see if there is an issue, as there was an app update yesterday.
