Why is it that there is poor or no signal in my area of Cambridge? Signal use to be very good along there, but of late my Alexa car device constantly tells me there is no signal or too poor a signal to connect. Have reset/restarted everything I can do, but it makes no difference, still no connection.

Also download the My Network App, and report the issue.

Whilst that postcode shows no issues in this link: https://www.o2.co.uk/coveragechecker

@Sir-Gawaine - it is possible it may be something local that has affected signal and O2 have yet to "see" it.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? might give you a few pointers that are not already in the FAQ section of the link above.

You can also ping O2 via Social Media, the link below has all the ways to do that. Good luck!

Does it not say ‘Tech Support’ on the forum page?

Yep. But that's because many customers know more than the ever missing tech team 🤣

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

That it does - but it also says Pay Monthly on another one, yet nobody here'll sell you a phone and contract, @Sir-Gawaine 🙄

Please don't post personal information such as account and phone number as it can lead to calls from spammers, or worse. Numbnuts who think they’re funny.

Perhaps @Sir-Gawaine is on a quest. Was it something laid down by Arthur or is it  to do with Merlin?

Maybe it's something to do with the Green Knight, or in this case the missing phone signal?

Must admit the latter won't make an exciting story.
