Hi all.
Since the switch from virgin to o2 I have little to zero network on my iPhone. To the point of it will do nothing without wifi.
Everytime I put my postcode in the checker says looks there’s a mast issue and we are working on it.
My concern is that is says that every time single time I put this in the checker.

I would start by replacing the old Virgin SIM card, the quickest and easiest way is to take photo ID and pop into an o2 store...
On the mast issue there is nothing anyone can tell you about how long it will take to resolve as so many factors such as an arsey landlord, access, parts etc etc etc..
